ПОРТФОЛИО КАК ТЕХНОЛОГИЯ ОБУЧЕНИЯ И ОЦЕНКИ В МЕДИЦИНСКОМ ВУЗЕ

Аннотация

Авторами статьи осуществлен обзор литературных данных по использованию портфолио в медицинском образовании. Портфолио используется в области медицинского образования как инструмент оценки способностей обучающихся и способ стимулирования достижения конечных результатов студентами в образовательном процессе В представленной статье описаны преимущества и недостатки использования электронного портфолио, представлены методика и стратегические аспекты использования портфолио в качестве стимула к обучению и инструмента для оценки знаний и навыков обучающихся. Портфолио имеет большой потенциал, однако его реализация в полной мере на практике требует новых педагогических и образовательных подходов, а также значительных затрат сил и времени как от преподавателей, так и обучающихся.
