ПРОФИЛАКТИКА ИШЕМИЧЕСКОГО ИНСУЛЬТА: ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ИМПЛАНТИРУЕМЫХ МОНИТОРОВ СЕРДЕЧНОГО РИТМА ДЛЯ ВЫЯВЛЕНИЯ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ

Около 1/3 ишемических инсультов неопределенной этиологии бывают следствием фибрилляции предсердий. Данный вид аритмии может иметь бессимптомное или субклиническое течение, что затрудняет его диагностику. С развитием современных устройств по мониторингу сердечного ритма стало возможным длительное наблюдение и документирование фибрилляции предсердий. Важным последствием обнаружения фибрилляции предсердий является назначение антикоагулянтной терапии для профилактики тромбоэмболических осложнений.
