ФАРМАКОЭКОНОМИЧЕСКАЯ ЦЕЛЕСООБРАЗНОСТЬ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ПРЕПАРАТА «СУЛЬТОФАЙ®» (ИНСУЛИН ДЕГЛУДЕК 100 ЕД + ЛИРАГЛУТИД 3,6 МГ) ДЛЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА ВТОРОГО ТИПА В УСЛОВИЯХ ПРИВЫЧНОЙ КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКИ

Целью проведенного исследования была оценка экономической эффективности препарата «Сультофай®» (инсулин деглудек 100 ЕД + лираглутид 3,6 мг (IDegLira) по сравнению с типичной базис-болюсной терапией (базальный инсулин гларгин U100 + болюсный инсулин аспарт) у больных сахарным диабетом второго типа. Затраты, связанные со стоимостью лекарственных средств и менеджмента, были зафиксированы с точки зрения плательщика здравоохранения в ценах 2020 г. в тенге. Дисконтирование не применялось. Установлено, что использование препарата «Сультофай®» связано с большими затратами собственно на приобретение лекарственных средств (469 525,29 тенге против 276 988,24 тенге на пациента в год), но это было полностью компенсировано меньшими затратами на коррекцию эпизодов гипогликемии и снижением стоимости менеджмента. Все это приводит к тому, что применение препарата «Сультофай®» ассоциируется с более низким годовым уровнем затрат (497 759,29 против 390 407,24 тенге) по сравнению с затратами, необходимыми при использовании инсулина гларгин U100 + инсулин аспарт. Анализ чувствительности полностью подтверждают результаты базового анализа. Для плательщика замена стандартной базисно-болюсной терапии инсулином гларгин U100 + инсулин аспарт на терапию препаратом «Сультофай®» может дать экономию бюджета здравоохранения около 7,5 млрд тенге в течение первых трех лет.
