САРКОИДОЗ: ПРЕДИКТОРЫ ЗАБОЛЕВАЕМОСТИ И РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТИ

Аннотация

В обзоре представлен анализ рандомизированных исследований, современные взгляды на проблему распространенности и заболеваемости саркоидозом. Эпидемиология саркоидоза и его клинические проявления сильно различаются по географическим регионам, различным этническим и возрастным группам, а также по полу. Проведена оценка воздействия социального статуса, профессиональных факторов, курения, сезонных вариаций. Изучены связь развития болезни с ожирением и прибавкой в весе, влияние инфекционных агентов. Проанализированы данные геномных исследований и наличие семейного саркоидоза.
