АНАЛИЗ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ПЕРФОРАЦИЙ ЖЕЛУДКА У НОВОРОЖДЕННЫХ В КАРАГАНДИНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

Перфорации желудка у новорожденных детей относятся к очень редким, угрожающим жизни хирургическим заболеваниям. Целью исследования было изучить заболеваемость, факторы риска и исходы новорожденных детей с перфораций желудка.В работе представлены результаты лечения 13 новорожденных с перфорацией желудкабез признаков повреждения кишечника, находившихся на лечении в отделении хирургии и реанимации Областной детской клинической больницы г. Карагандыза последние 10 лет. У пациентов с перфорацией желудка исход заболевания находился в прямой зависимости от времени постановки диагноза, своевременного оперативного лечения новорожденных по месту рождения, а прогноз определялся в основном дооперационным состоянием ребенка и сопутствующими заболеваниями. За последние 5 лет значительно улучшились исходы, летальность уменьшилась с 90% до 50% преимущественно за счет роста выживаемости доношенных новорожденных.
