ИНТЕРМЕДИАТЫ КАТАБОЛИЗМА ПУРИНОВ ПРИ РАКЕ МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Аннотация

Заболеваемость раком молочной железы занимает второе место в общей структуре онкопатологии среди женщин и характеризуется ежегодным увеличением новых выявленных случаев. Одним из перспективных направлений является исследование роли пуриновых нуклеотидов и интермедиатов их катаболизма. В последнее время стали обсуждать взаимосвязь между метаболизмом пуринов и прогрессированием рака. Выдвигается предположение, что продукты катаболизма пуринов могут играть важную роль в развитии и прогрессировании онкопатологии.
